After an exhilarating two-hour drive north from Porto, we finally arrived at the magnificent Parador de Baiona—a stunning hotel that’s a converted castle! 🏰✨ We indulged in a mouth-watering feast at a former Michelin star restaurant and embarked on an unforgettable tour of the replica of the Niña, the very vessel Christopher Columbus used to navigate the Atlantic on his historic voyage to the Americas. 🚢🌍 What an adventure!
